Swordfish on the mouth of Polpis Harbor

Swordfish on the mouth of Polpis Harbor

This is the Swordfish (and off to the right part of my brother). I <3 my boat. Yes, she's named after Spike's ship, although his is the Swordfish II, this I guess would be the Swordfish I. I can't thank my next door neighbor enough for giving this boat to me. <3

grilled this swordfish up for me and annie on a beautiful early spring day. simple quality ingredients, fuck glazing fish. if you glaze fish you're an asshole with shitty fish. the rice has a bit of lemon zest on it just to perk it up a bit. it was delicious.
